Finally OVER

So it’s over finally, she conceded that it was okay to send her one hundred thousand dollars to go away. This after a 3.5 hour battle over her wanting 434,000 so we have to say it could have been worse. 

Over 2 Million dollars paid out to this gypsy. I’m sure she has some of my money laying around so I suggest y’all go get it any way you can because she’ll spend it so fast it will make your head spin. 

We NEVER had kids together, she NEVER helped in any of the businesses and she’s running wild in Vegas so watch out folks…

Delay delay

 One of the techniques that Nicki has used in the past is to just not fill out financials and not obey court orders and she gets away with it. Well no more. Here is the response from her attorney when we reminded her the info was due in the 6th. 

When I am even close to being late she threatens jail time for contempt. Well Lauren, what say you we get you sanctioned this month? 

Whenever the opposing counsel fails and it impacts you be sure to ask for sanctions. This is 16 days late assuming they actually do what they say.  Here was their response. 

I am working on putting those together, and should have them to you by next Wednesday.  Please let me know if this date works, this is due to my current caseload and briefing schedule

Nickie and Scott were supposed to respond officially by the 6th according to the courts but as usual she breaks the law and sweeps in later with some Gypsy stuff.  What do you have up your sleeve this year Nickie? 

Answer the door or not

 When a servicer hears Scott say “Nicole, I’m not going to open the door” it will get them in a lot of trouble.

The tide is changing

Today we filed a new suit showing that Nickie has been untruthful to the courts and that the situation has materially changed for many reasons. 

Based on history this is when folks ought to start really paying attention because it’s time to stop being abused by the system and take a pole position. 

As of today, I am in the driver seat and there is nothing she can do. We have documents, video, finances and are locked down with evidence.

 Got served that the attorney for Nickie Alexander wanted to request the past 3 years of all transactions of debit and credit cards for companies I’ve been involved with and “held” so we’re done now.  Good luck following up on this one Nickie and Scott - Oh did I forget to mention Scott Payne?

Guilty of delays - 3 hours at $325

So, the Judge decided today without any evidence and not even looking at the case, even interrupted the attorney that I needed a sanction of $975 for showing up at the hearing. We turned in everything on time, the previous law firm didn’t provide the information and this Judge has decided to fine. Nothing else came of the case, just a fine. 

Food for thought, the company hired new counsel which cost money. I hired new counsel which cost money and now the courts have cost me more money without any advance of anything in the case.
